Resumes; Picture yourself as an employer, you have a huge stack of resumes on your desk and you’re trying to fill one position. You find most of the resumes you’ve read so far are full of information that have nothing to do with the position you’ve advertised to be filled. Is it really best to put down every little bit of experience that you’ve had in your life on a resume? How long would that resume be? Picture yourself as the employer and you want to hire someone for a job as a trail supervisor’s assistant. Would you want to know about every detail a person has experienced in their lives?
